Refund policy

All Coin Drop Customs products are built to order. If you decide to cancel your order during the production or lead-time period, please contact us at coindropcustoms@gmail.com so we can review and process your refund request.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and is confirmed to be in proper working condition, undamaged, and complete, we will process the refund.

Returns requested after 15 days, and up to 30 days from the date of delivery, may still be accepted; however, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. This fee is assessed because built-to-order products cannot be resold as new once returned.

Refunds will not be issued for products that are returned damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in proper working condition.
